New Editor Selected for the SIGBED Blog
For the last two years, Chuchu Fan and Stanley Bak have served as the SIGBED Blog editors. The blog has continued to publish a stream of content related to technical topics in embedded systems, such as overviews of best papers and recent NSF CAREER awards, as well as posts aimed for a wider audience. One of our posts written by Edward Lee went viral on social media and currently has over 115K views. All posts after this have received a bump in views. We generally strived to publish one post a month and have maintained that pace throughout the two years.
We sincerely thank all the authors and contributors to the blog, especially those who have contributed multiple articles. We would also like to thank you, the readers of the blog for your time and hopefully an occasional share when you find the articles particular interesting.
We hope the blog continues to thrive and would like the introduce the new editor Mitra Nasri. With everyone’s continued help we believe Mitra can elevate the blog in terms of content quality and reach. Please feel free to reach out to her if you have suggestions to improve the blog or would like to author an article.
Authors: Stanley Bak is Assistant Professor in Computer Science at Stony Brook University, USA. Chuchu Fan is the Wilson Assistant Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT. Stanley and Chuchu have served as co-editors of the SIGBED blog for the last two years.
